Persoonlijk

‘We pride ourselves in i-to-i on the wide range of experience which we bring to our work. My first job at 13 years of age was working on a farm; milking the cows, cleaning the chicken coop, and dodging the teeth of the ferocious pig when I had to bring its dinner. A good preparation for business life!
Since then I’ve worked in shops, bars and restaurants, in a laboratory testing milk for tuberculosis, on a hospital ward, in an auctioneers, and as an Interpretative Officer and Ranger in an urban fringe Countryside Centre. I’ve been a School Teacher and Mountain leader for problem youths, and finally settled down at the ripe old age of 24 in the world of information, IT and business.
I’ve lived in Germany, Singapore, UK and the Netherlands, and have worked in many countries across the globe. I consider myself extremely lucky to have led such a varied life, and believe it helps me to bring a holistic and culturally empathic approach to my work.
My passion lies in achievement, and especially in building something which helps others to work in harmony. Analysing a complex environment full of contradictions, and finding a way to structure a solution to the best advantage of all, is deeply satisfying.
All the members of the i-to-i workforce have a strong moral compass and deep-rooted connection to humanity, which drives them with a desire to ‘do good’. I’m very proud to be their colleague.’
